Caliber Home Loans, Inc. now helps you create new business from existing clients by going back to the beginning – back to the original mortgage loan officer. Effective immediately, Caliber Reconnect alerts include the name and contact information of the loan officer who originated the loan.

This important enhancement means that when our analysis of shared data identifies one of your customers as likely ready for a new purchase or refinance, Caliber Reconnect sends you an alert that identifies the originating loan officer. We not only put you ahead of the potential opportunity, but now enable you to contact the borrower through a known and trusted adviser – the very loan officer who closed the original home loan.

Because Caliber retains and services the great majority of the loans we issue, we collect and routinely analyze shared data. When our proprietary criteria identifies an opportunity, we issue alerts to our partners. These alerts include the new enhancement:

  • Purchase Predictor Alert
    Identifies a shared borrower with a high likelihood to purchase a new home within the next 90 days.

  • Refi Opportunity Alert
    Identifies shared borrowers with a high probability of being in the market to refinance an existing loan.
